In the Closet

Organizing the closet comes next on my shit list right after washing the dishes. I cleaned out my closet last week and since half of my clothes were on the floor of the closet it legit took me two full days. Anyways, that’s about it, no huge story here, except for the fact that my life has become much easier since I’ve become borderline-OCD organized with the closet. No one can tell the difference between [...]

A cast iron skillet can last a lifetime, so long as it’s cared for properly. First off, if you don’t have any cast iron cookware, I highly recommend getting a skillet or a dutch oven. They are really effective for cooking meat, fish, and grilled cheese sandwiches…or anything else that you want to get a [...]

What’s the Dif? Champagne, Sparkling Wine and Prosecco

I’m sure a lot of you indulged in a little bubbly this last weekend…but did you know exactly which kind of sparkling wine beverage this was that you were drinking? First off, let’s get this straight: it probably doesn’t really matter, unless you are a snob, because they all taste quite similar and they are [...]
